The reasons for high oil consumption of refrigeration compressors are as follows:
1. Wear of piston rings, oil rings and cylinder liners. Check the gap between piston rings and oil ring locks, and replace them if the gap is too large.
2. The oil ring is installed upside down or the locks are installed in a line. Reassemble the oil ring and arrange the three locks evenly.
3. Exhaust temperature is too high, causing the lubricating oil to vaporize and be carried away.
4. Too much oil is added, and the excess lubricating oil is released.
5. The automatic oil return valve of the oil separator fails. The oil return valve from the high-pressure suction chamber to the low-pressure suction chamber is not closed.
6. The compressor returns liquid, and the vaporization of the refrigerant takes away a large amount of lubricating oil. Pay attention to adjusting the liquid supply during operation. Prevent liquid return.
7. Excessive oil leakage from the shaft seal.
8. The seal ring of the high-pressure cylinder sleeve of the single-machine two-stage unit fails, and the seal ring is replaced.
9. The oil pressure is too high, and the oil pressure is adjusted according to the suction pressure.
10. Oil leakage at the oil cylinder of the energy regulating unloading device.
11. The lubricating oil in the suction chamber is not directly returned to the crankcase through the oil return balance hole.
Reasons for excessive oil consumption of quick-freezing cold storage compressor
1. The oil return float valve of the oil separator is not open. 2. The oil separation function of the oil separator is reduced. 3. The gap between the cylinder wall and the piston is too large. 4. The oil scraping function of the oil ring is reduced. 5. The overlap gap of the piston ring is too large due to wear. 6. The overlap distance of the three piston rings is too close. 7. The shaft seal is poor and leaks oil. 8. The design and installation of the refrigeration system are unreasonable, resulting in unfavorable oil return from the evaporator.
Repair method for excessive oil consumption of quick-freezing cold storage compressor
1. Check the oil return float valve. 2. Repair and replace the oil separator. 3. Repair and replace the piston, cylinder or piston ring. 4. Check the chamfer direction of the scraper ring and replace the oil ring. 5. Check the gap between the piston ring overlap and replace the piston ring. 6. Stagger the overlap of the piston ring. 7. Grind the friction ring of the shaft seal, or replace the shaft seal, increase maintenance efforts, and pay attention to replenishing refrigeration oil. 8. Clean the refrigeration oil accumulated in the system.
